We invite you to participate in the eResearch Australasia Conference, to be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, 16 – 20 October 2017.

Attracting approximately 450 attendees each year, the eResearch Australasia Conference provides delegates the opportunity to engage, connect, and share ideas and exemplars concerning new information centric research capabilities, and learn how information and communication technologies help researchers to collaborate, collect, manage, share, process, analyse, store, find, understand and re-use information.

Conference delegates come from diverse disciplines of information and communication technologies and include Australasia’s leading researchers, practitioners, and educators working predominantly in private, government & education sectors.

Name Badge & Lanyard Sponsor - $4,000 incl GST

This sponsorship opportunity offers prominent exposure of your organisation and logo. Each delegate will receive a name badge and lanyard when they register at the conference.

App Game Prizes - From $200

Delegates will have access to the App Game when on the app during the conference and must visit all exhibitors who have a QR code for delegates to scan. Once you have all QR codes, you will have a secret message to submit to go into the draw.

Winners of the donated prizes will be drawn in the closing session from the completed messages. Winners must be present to win a prize. App Game prizes will be advertised on the website and in the exhibition App Game.

Requirements

  • The sponsor is responsible for the supply of a gift or gift certificate valued at $200 or more. All costs associated with the supply of the gift are at the expense of the sponsor.
