Poster Presentations
Poster Presentations will be displayed for the duration of the conference in the exhibition area in A0 size, portrait orientation.
A poster reception will be hosted in the exhibition area following the close of conference sessions on Thursday 18 October.
To have your poster displayed in the Conference App, upload a high resolution PDF version of your poster to the following DropBox link prior to Friday 5 October 2018.
Please use the tips and Guidelines below to prepare your display poster.
When providing a copy of your poster for the App and website, ensure your submission is in PDF format and named with the conference name, and the last and first name of the first (submitting) author: eRA2018_Lastname_Firstname

ePoster Presentations
ePosters will be displayed for the duration of the conference on large flat screen monitors in a dedicated ePoster display area, co-located with traditional poster displays.
ePoster slides will rotate automatically and each will be shown for approximately one minute duration at a time. Delegates will be able to navigate to specific posters from a main menu and pause individual posters to view them in more detail and access embedded content.
A static screen will also be available where users can navigate through ePosters at their leisure.
A PDF version of ePosters will be included in the conference app and website.
