2019 Accommodation

Accommodation will be held at the following hotels. We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.

Within 30 days of the conference you will need to contact the hotel directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.

Pan Pacific Perth

Deluxe Room  – $200.00 per night
Premier Room – $220.00 per night 

Room rate is for 2 guest per room, includes buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi. A  $70 charge is applicable for a third person or rollaway bed, with a maximum of 3 guests per room.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations between 30-22 days of arrival will incur 1 night’s accommodation fee.Cancellations between 21-0 days of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% total accommodation.

Quest East Perth

Located approximately 3 minute walk to the Conference Venue

Studio Apartments – $189.00 per night
One Bedroom Apartment – $219.00 per night
Two Bedroom Apartment – $319.00 per night

Rates are for up to 2 guests including high speed Wi-Fi. Cots and sofa beds are charged additionally at $10 and $40 per night respectively.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 30-15 days will incur a charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, will incur 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days and no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.


The online registration form allows you to book available rooms at the above hotels. You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Please email us your accommodation requirements if you have already registered for the Conference.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation. However, each hotel’s policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.

Please email us any cancellations and date changes.

Extended Bookings

Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.

Early Check-in Requests

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.


Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.

You can arrange to pay your accommodation using a third-party credit card, e.g. a colleague’s work credit card, by completing the Credit Card Authorisation form below and email it to your confirmed hotel 30-days prior to the conference.

Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.
