SUMMARY:Keynote Address – Rathana Chea
DESCRIPTION:Rathana Chea1\n1ARDC\nRathana will share his experiences, including challenges and successes, in moving socially driven organisations into data driven decision making mindsets. With examples from when he led the development of Greenpeace’s 10 year Global Strategy through to how Amnesty International and other organisations try and measure impact through a data lens. He will focus mainly on the human edge of the journey i.e. the people, process and practical conditions necessary for a data driven mindset person to grow that mindset and approach vertically and horizontally across an organisation.\n\nBiography:\nRathana has worked across 5 continents for over 20 years in change making for international non-governmental organisations and inter-governmental agencies across the political spectrum. One of his key focuses has been on how to bring the conversations of data and technology into the climate and human rights movement space.\n
