As we are now within 30 days of the Conference, all unreserved accommodation being held by us has now been released.  Please contact the Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park directly if you wish to book accommodation at the Conference venue. You are welcome to mention you are attending the conference, but at this stage the rates charged will be at the hotel’s discretion, and we cannot guarantee it will be at the Conference rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Should a decision be made to cancel individual bookings 30 days or less prior to arrival, or there are no shows, the following cancellation policy applies.

  • 30 days or less: One night’s accommodation per room cancelled charged to the applicable credit card.
  • No Shows: One night’s accommodation per room charged to the applicable credit card.

If you have already booked your accommodation through us, all cancellations and booking amendments must be submitted in writing to Conference Design (mail@conferencedesign.com.au).

Extended Bookings
Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.

Changes and Cancellations
Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation.

If you have already booked your accommodation through us, please email us any cancellations and date changes.

Payment
Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.

You can arrange to pay your accommodation using a third-party credit card, e.g. a colleague’s work credit card, by completing the Credit Card Authorisation form below and email it to your confirmed hotel 30-days prior to the conference.

Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.

Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
