Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a key integral part for organizations and is revolutionizing the way businesses operate. This study explores the guiding principles of a successful AI implementation in organizations. Without doubt, organizations across various industries are increasingly leveraging AI to streamline their processes and enhance efficiencies. For example, in the higher education sector, publishers have incorporated AI into their research publication search engine databases that serve as digital assistant for researchers.
As researchers continue to embrace AI for tasks ranging from writing papers to data analysis, the future of AI in organizations looks promising. However, the evident benefits AI brings ethical concerns which remain a focal point for policymakers to safeguard user rights and ensure responsible AI implementation in organizations.
