Export the Abstract Book from Events AIR: From the Abstract Workflow App: Utilities > Abstract Book > Sort Order 1 – Paper Title > Show Paper Title > Show Biography > Show Authors > Display Authors Full Name > Display City and Country for Affiliations > Select a Status – Submitted/Accepted as appropriate.
Copy and Paste the Abstract Book into the template: Download the Abstract Post Template from the Conference Design Dashboard. In the abstract book: Select all (control + A) > copy (control + C). In the template: Paste all the abstracts (control + V).
Save the templated abstract book to the OneDrive conference program folder.
Change each of the styles as noted above. Right click the style you want to change in the menu bar and select “All XXXX instances”. This will highlight where the style has been applied throughout the document. In the menu bar select the style you want.
The styles should apply to each abstract as the above changes are made, but this will need to be checked. Conference staff need to go through the abstract book and adjust formatting where needed and run a spell and grammar check. The goal is to achieve consistent formatting across all abstracts.
There is no need to format numbered and bulleted lists. For bulleted lists, use a “–“, followed by the text. For a numbered list use the number “1./2./3.”, followed by the text. For example:

Tip: Right clicking any of the styles in the menu bar and selecting “All XXXX instances” will highlight where the style has been applied throughout the document.
Note: If making significant changes to an abstract, ensure the abstract in EventsAIR is also updated.
Send the Abstract Book to IT: When the abstract book is finalized, post it to the WordPress and IT Support Channel in Teams. The IT team will add the abstracts to the conference website.
