If you are already registered and would like to alter your selections, such as social events, workshops or accommodation, you will need to speak to the staff at the registration desk on site.

Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $150 per registrant will apply for cancellations received before  29 August 2014. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded; however, delegates may nominate a substitute in their place. All cancellations must be notified in writing.  Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival or early departures. Any refunds due will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.

Conference Cancellation or Postponement
The members of the eResearch Organising Committee and Conference Design Pty Ltd do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the conference being cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled no refunds will be issued. All available funds, after cancellation expenses, will be credited towards a future conference held by the hosting organisation.

Accommodation Cancellation
Please note the following cancellation policies apply to both the Pullman and the Mercure: Accommodation bookings cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation rate per cancelled room. At 31 days prior, or less, to arrival any cancellations or no shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total rate for all room nights cancelled.
