At CQUniversity a focus on streamlining research data management processes has resulted in a new integration between ReDBox and Figshare. Dataset deposit functionality is now part of the Research Data Management Plan system and enables researchers to draw on the data already available in their Data Management Plan to streamline the dataset deposit process. This integration, created by QCIF, has been implemented using Figshare’s powerful APIs. This has enabled the easy deposit of the dataset record to CQUniversity’s Institutional repository, aCQUIRe for comprehensive dissemination of research data.

This presentation will provide a brief introduction to Figshare followed by an overview of the integration developed by CQUniversity.
