The Australian Centre of Excellence in Melanoma Imaging & Diagnosis (ACEMID) Uploader is a robust, automated system designed to streamline the process of uploading ACEMID data files from a staging server to a central XNAT server. It includes real-time monitoring, auto-upload pipeline engine, intelligent error handling and logging, upload verification to ensure the data transfer accuracy, reliability and efficiency.
